KEY COLLECTION AND GETTING TO THE APARTMENT:

From S. Lucia railway station or piazzale Roma, you can take vaporetto #82 (www.actv.it) and get off at SAN ZACCARIA stop. From Marco Polo airport, you can take ALILAGUNA direct water bus (www.alilaguna.it) and get off at SAN ZACCARIA stop.

From Treviso airport, every flight has its own bus connection to piazzale Roma. From there, just follow the arrival instructions from piazzale Roma.

We will welcome you at the stop to take you to the apartment and hand over the keys. If you wish to take a water-taxi, we can arrange a convenient meeting point with the driver.

In order to be able to meet you, please call one of the following numbers upon arrival to Venice:

Please provide your expected arrival time and details (i.e. flight number etc.) with at least 1 working day’s notice, so that we can organise your pick-up. We will meet at the end of your stay at the flat to check the apartment, give you the caution money back and get back the keys.

Please note that welcoming at the vaporetto stop is included between 7am and 8 pm; the late arrival fee is 50 Euros between 8pm and 1am, 70 Euros between 1am and 7am.
